Park Terrace Development LP is building a 223-unit mixed-use, two-tower project with 21,000 square feet of retail space on the block bounded by Park Boulevard, Tenth and Eleventh avenues and K Street. Construction began in January 2005, with completion anticipated in spring 2007. Fehlman LaBarre/KMA Architecticture & Engineering, architect.
